- [1~9] : Select tab menu
- ['/Shift + ' ] : Left- and right movement of tab menu

Invisible hidden portals are now history! Portal signage will appear once you go near a portal leading to a secret place or to other places within the map.

No more going a long way around - jump downwards instead!

You can now jump directly down to the lower footing by using the keyboard.

- Press [↓]key and [Jump]key together to jump down to the lower footage.
- This function may be restricted in certain areas.

Free boat rides for all adventurous Maplers!

Boat fees for the routes Victoria Island - Ossyria and for rides within the Ossyria continent have been removed!

Most airplane fees have been removed.

Airplanes can now be used from all areas (except for Maple Island) for free. Taxis' are not included.

The commission rates for individual meso-trade and freemarket-sale have been adjusted.

Items for hunting! This one looks especially nice~

The options for items dropped by monsters have been adjusted.
The items dropped by Boss Monsters are even better than the ones dropped by normal monsters~

Click the [Search] Button in the party window below and you will get the key to find the right party members.

You only need to check "Allow Party Search" in your option window, and you will be easily found by a party that needs you.

Find your man! Searching by level-condition and occupation makes everything perfectly simple.

Party Finding System has been added.
- You can open the Party Finding UI by clicking the [Search] button in the party window [Hotkey : F].
- You can register yourself to the Party Finding System.
- You can search your party member among the users registered in the Party Finding System, and invite them to your party automatically.

Indication UI of party HP has been added.
- You can activate/deactivate it by clicking the [HP] Button in the party UI.
- HP of your party members will be indicated, but only of those who can actually be seen in the minimap.

Guild Union Added!

You can organize an union with up to 5 guilds.
Expand your MapleStory network thanks to the Guild Union Chat~

A Guild Union can be made with at least 2 guilds.
- A Guild Union can be made with at least 2 guilds.
- Up to 5 guilds can join one union.

Party Searching System has been improved.
- [Search Party] hotkey has been added. The standard hotkey is [O].
- Now you can search your party members from all users in the same map. No need to register seperately to the Party Finding System.
- Now you can refuse to be searched by others ( see game options).

Now you can add up to 100 buddies!
Enjoy MapleStory with more friends than before~!

You can organize your friends by groups,
and also talk with your own specific groups in private.

Everything you should know about the Family System!
- You can add up to 2 juniors per character.
- You can check your family's information and pedigree by clicking the [Family] Button in the Character Info window.
- Remember : Your junior needs your support for a succesful life at MapleStory!

Family System has been added.
- NPC leader Al in Lith Harbour and Orbis Park can explain you about the family system.
- To be your junior, the user must be in the same area and have a lower level than you. You can add up to 2 juniors max.
- The Juniors and family members who are immediately under the Juniors can boost your reputation by earning EXP and leveling up.
- You can check your reputation in the family window [Hotkey : F].
- Now you can use the 'Privilege of a renown Adventurer' by consuming your popularity.
- There is limited usage of 'Privilege of a renown Adventurer' per day. The usage count is refreshed the next day.
- If you get to lead a family with over onethousand members, you will earn the 'Medal for leader of a great family'

Double-click on the content to open the quest
window.

You can open the quest information window by double-clicking on the quest title or
completing conditions in the quest information window.
The tooltip method for the indication of shop signboard and signage has been modified.

Alfonse Green?! Right..I've seen him before…Argh! But where on earth, where!! Click on the NPC in the "Availale" tab of the quest information window. You will be able to see the location of the NPC on the worldmap.

You can see the NPC's location on the worldmap by clicking on the NPC in the "Available" tab in the quest information window.
- In regions where worldmap is not supported, NPC locations cannot be indicated.

The quest alert will provide you with details of the PQs that your character can participate at.
- Separate party quests within the quest window!
Easy way to look up the information of the party quests.
- Real time tracking of my PQ progress!
Smart quest window will track your ranking and previous records to tell you how good you are.

Party Quest category has been added to the quest window.
- An alert will pop up once you have reached a level eligible to participate at a PQ.
- The PQ information will start to appear once you are 5 levels away from the eligible level for a PQ.
- Once you exceed the level for a party quest, the information will be moved to the "complete" tab (only if you have completed the subject quest before).
- The records of completed party quests are based on the time you have received your rewards.

Inventory window has been improved.
- Number of inventory slots available for increase using NX Cash has been increased.
- The size of inventory slots can be enlarged or reduced by using the fold/unfold buttons.

Look up your quest progress more easily~

1. Simple quest alert
One click, and the quest window is open!

If you have a new available or completed quest, the cursor will change into a mouse icon. Left-click after the red points~

2. Quest progress at one glance!
If several quests are linked with each other, the quest window will show you the Medal of the quest you are currently working on.

3. Now it's time to complete the quest??
Your conversation with our NPC will show you the current status of your ongoing quest.

Quest System has been improved.

- Linked quests are indicated with a different icon each, and you can check the quest Medal in the quest info window.
- A button to locate the quest NPC has been added in the "Available" tab.
- The [Q] button to open the quest info window has been added in Quest Alert Window [L].
- The [Q] button will flash if you have a new available quest.
- The number of monsters and items will be counted on the upper part of the screen during a quest.
- Once you move your cursor above a clickable NPC or button, a mouse icon will appear.
- NPCs can now be spoken to through a single click (instead of previous double-click).
- [Completion Available] button has been added to the quest list shown in the conversation with the NPC.
- [Next] button has been added to the quest window.
- Quest windows can be moved using the keyboard.
